Shipping Processing times

All in-stock items will be sent within 1-3 days. Rings and custom orders can take about 2 to 6 weeks, however if you need a piece urgently, please contact me and I'll do my best to help. 

Urgent orders

Be sure to let me know as soon as possible if a piece is needed urgently, I'll do everything I can to get it to you as soon as possible.

Custom orders

If you have a particular idea in mind for a piece, I'd love to hear about it! I'm happy to work with you to create a unique, custom-made piece.
If you would like to request a custom piece, please contact me as soon as you can so we can discuss the options. Timeframes can vary so it is best to allow as much time as possible for it to be handmade- usually a minimum of three weeks.

Returns

If your piece isn't quite right, you are welcome to exchange it for another so long as it is in as-new, unworn condition.

If for any reason an item arrives to you damaged, or is in any way faulty, I will do everything I can to make things right- either by providing a replacement or a refund. If a ring you have purchased isn't quite the right size, please contact me to arrange a solution.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Shipping is free!

To keep things simple, I send all packages to New Zealand customers free of charge. Your items are posted with CourierPost and should arrive within 1 to 3 working days. 

Courier delivery is signature-required, so it is best to choose an address where someone will be available to sign for it i.e. a work address. The courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are sent with CourierPost for a flat rate of $49, anywhere in the world. Shipping is tracked and signature required to make sure your parcel doesn't go astray. Shipping dates vary depending on where you are located so if you need it by a particular date, please get in touch. Generally it should take less than 10 working days.

International orders over NZD$1000 are sent by tracked courier free of charge.

 

Customs Fees and Taxes:

Sophie Divett Jewellery takes no responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items. If you are unsure of your regions threshold for duty fees and tax, we recommend consulting your countries customs website for more information, before placing your order.
