Handmade in 14 carat yellow gold, and set with a 6.85 x 4,75mm grey oval Tanzanite. The band is set with two 0.1 carat, and two 1.6mm, recycled white diamonds, 

This is a one-off piece, though something similar can be custom-made using alternate stones and metals.
