Our Io necklace features a solid 9ct yellow gold full moon-like pendant, hand-carved with an organic faceted texture. It features an ethically sourced, 2mm round sapphire, or lab grown diamond, in a star-like setting in the centre.
This pendant has a diameter of 15mm and hangs on a 45cm fine 9ct gold chain.
