Lead Times & Holiday Hours

Christmas Opening Hours 2025: 

  • December 22 - 24th: 10-5pm

  • December 25 - January 8th: Closed

  • Friday January 9th: 10-5pm. Regular shop hours resume.

  • Online Orders: All website orders, for readymade items, placed 24 Dec - 8 Jan will be sent when we return on 9 January.

 

Current Lead-times - Made-to-Order Jewellery:

  • Wedding & Ceremonial Bands: 4-6 weeks. View collection.

  • Build-Your-Own Gem-Set Rings: 8-10 weeks. View collection.

  • Custom & Remodels: Accepting bookings for Feb-April 2026 block.

  • All Other Made-to-Order Jewellery: 4 weeks.

  • Ring Resizing: 1 week.

 

If you require an engagement or gem-set ring sooner than our current lead-times permit, you can order from our extensive collection of readymade engagement and occasion rings here, all of which are in stock and ready to ship. 

All of our designs - both readymade and made to order - can be viewed in-person at our Ōtautahi gallery, which is located at 462 Colombo Street, Sydenham. We're open 10-5pm Monday to Friday and 10-2pm Saturday.

We offer a complimentary resize on all readymade gold rings, at any time before or after purchase.
