WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? 
Credit card payment and Paypal are accepted through my website, or payments can be made in person at my studio (eftpos, credit card or cash).
Laybuy and Afterpay are also available if you would like to spread the cost of your purchase over four or six weekly payments. Learn more about Laybuy.
If you would like to pay via bank transfer, let me know and I can send you the payment details for your purchase via email.
If you need a little bit more flexibility let me know  if you would like to set up a payment plan and we can arrange something to make your dream jewel happen.

 

 CAN YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN JEWELLERY?
At this time we are only able to accept repairs for SDJ pieces.

 

CAN YOU RESIZE MY RING?

Sophie Divett Jewellery can resize rings made in the gallery. 

If the ring you have purchased as a gift, surprise or engagement ring is not the right size, we can undertake the first resize for you free of charge. Please note that sterling silver is more limited for resizing options, and to what extent this can be undertaken. Please get in touch if you're unsure about size, of need more information on resizing options and costs.

 

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR WORK IN PERSON?

Sophie Divett Jewellery is located at 462 Colombo Street, Christchurch. 

We're open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturday. 

 

IS YOUR WORK STOCKED ANYWHERE ELSE IN AOTEAROA?
