RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: 

As a small business we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind on a piece, or if its not to the recipients liking.

However if your readymade piece isn't quite right for any reason, you are welcome to exchange it, or get a store credit, as long as it is in brand-new, unworn condition, and it has not been resized.

Our standard return period is three months from the date of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order, sale or custom designs, as each piece is handmade just for you, and we can only afford to carry a very curated selection of stock items. 

READYMADE RING EXCHANGE:

If you are purchasing a readymade ring and feel there's a possibility that it may need to be exchanged at a later date, then we recommend refraining from getting it resized until you're 100% sure its a keeper - as we cannot accept back readymade rings that have been adjusted from its original size.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:

If for any reason an item arrives to you damaged, or is in any way faulty, we will do everything we can to make things right - either by repair, providing a replacement, or a full refund.

DEPOSITS:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on all made to order and custom pieces in order to confirm your booking slot.

If you decide to not proceed with this item, for any reason, once the order has been confirmed, then we cannot refund this deposit. 

We cannot exchange custom and made-to-order pieces.
