NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

All in-stock, readymade, items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Parcels are sent via Courier Post (NZ Post), on tracked, next-business day delivery service.

If an item is made-to-order, it will be sent as soon as it is finished, as per the lead time advised at the time of your order.

As soon your item is on its way, you will receive an email with full parcel tracking information. 

Shipping is free within Aotearoa.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we shop globally!

International orders are sent with CourierPost for a flat rate of $49, anywhere in the world. Shipping is tracked and signature required to make sure your parcel doesn't go astray. Shipping dates vary depending on where you are located so if you need it by a particular date, please get in touch.

Generally delivery should take less than 10 working days, however we hold no responsibility for delays caused by international customs or service delays within the country of destination.

CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES
